Charles L. Rieks, 74, of Greeneville, TN, Orange Park, FL & Pavilion, NY passed away on April 20, 2017 will be laid to rest on July 15th, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the East Bethany Rural Cemetery in East Bethany with military & firematic honors. A celebration of Charlie’s life will be held immediately afterword at BW’s Restaurant, Perry Road, Pavilion.
